The taco truck is the bright red one with the fish taco painted on the side, parked near the Hana Ranch Store in Hāna town.

Pick a protein, pick a tortilla, and lunch is sorted.

Mahi-mahi and shrimp come with chipotle sauce. Carne asada gets salsa roja, and kalua pork and chicken get salsa verde.

Every taco is built with cabbage, pico, salsa, cilantro and cheese.
