Ae’s Thai Kitchen is the family’s Thai truck, a red truck with a round Thai Fusion sticker.

It parks in the food-truck lot on Hāna Highway in Hāna town, alongside the taco trailer and the burger truck.

The Thai menu covers noodles, curries, soups, salads and stir-fries with rice.

Noodles, soups and salads

Pad thai comes with chicken or shrimp. Drunken noodles come with chicken, beef or shrimp.

There is chicken pad see ew, pho with chicken or beef, and fried rice with shrimp, chicken or crispy pork belly.

Shrimp tom yum soup is on the board too.

Green papaya salad and mango salad cover the lighter side, and vegetable egg rolls come five to an order.

Curries, stir-fries and coconut plates

Green curry comes with tofu and veggies, chicken, beef, shrimp or fish. Pumpkin red curry is listed too.

Stir-fries with rice include crispy pork belly basil, chicken cashew, garlic shrimp, mahi-mahi garlic, orange chicken and a ginger stir-fry with shrimp, chicken or fish.

The Local favorites are the coconut plates. Coconut shrimp and coconut mahi-mahi come with rice and green papaya salad.

Crispy mahi-mahi comes with mango salad. The combo plate pairs crispy pork belly, green papaya salad and a scoop of rice.
